Right Directions co-sponsoring LIW VIP Lounge

Right Directions have announced they will be co-sponsoring the VIP Lounge at this year's LIW

alongside leading insight company Leisure-net Solutions, award-winning industry education provider Lifetime Training and leading leisure marketing company Bigwave media.

The quartet will provide a true one-stop shop for show visitors to find out more about learning and development, quality and safety standards, customer insight and marketing and communications.

Visitors to the lounge will be able to find out more about Leisure-net and Right Directions platforms, which form part of the sector governed DataHub initiative. This single toolkit for operators is based around the concept of shared (sector owned) data and business intelligence standards. It offers the ability to integrate reporting, analytical, insight and operational information all in one place, while aligning operator performance across a range of platforms with sector benchmarks.

The Leisure-net and Right Directions platforms provide customer insight and accident reporting services to more than 350 leisure sites throughout the UK. The integrated modules are being officially launched at LIW following a sector insight seminar at LIW on Tuesday 22nd September between 10.30am and 12 noon.

Lifetime Training will provide an insight to learning trends within the sector, and Leisure-net will present results of the LIW Fitness Industry Confidence Survey.

Right Direction's Head of Group Operations, Gill Twell said: "Following on from my presentation on STITCH, visitors can come to the VIP lounge and find out more about the accident analysis tool and how it can help operators put preventative measures and service improvement plans in place to reduce the risks."

Visitors can also find out more about our physical activity coaching certificate and the latest developments in leadership and management training."
