Dedicated support for new shared insight and accident reporting platform

Milva Gaudiosi has recently joined the Leisure-net Solutions and Right Directions teams as a Business Development Executive, bringing with her more than 15 years of sales and service experience.

In April, Leisure-net and Right Directions merged their online platforms (customer insight software E-Focus and accident reporting software STITCH) to create a one-stop online tool for the leisure industry. Gaudiosi's role will be to work with the merged platform's new and existing clients, identify how the new service can improve their business, build strong relationships and help to identify and secure new business opportunities.

She has varied sales and service experience in the financial, travel and tourism sectors, including Staysure Insurance and Thomas Cook, and has also worked in themedia and advertising industries.

The combined platforms currently provide customer insight and accident reporting services to more than 350 leisure sites throughout the UK, including 10 of the industry's leading operators. The extra resource will be used to assist more organisations in using the trends generated by the services to improve their business decisions.

David Monkhouse, joint director of Leisure-net Solutions, says: "Right Directions and Leisure-net are very pleased to welcome Milva to the partnership. Milva brings outstanding sales experience to our team and will be helping us to share the benefits of our merged insight platform with the sector. Managers will now be able to review the trends of both their accidents and customer feedback in one place and make informed business decisions. Her varied experience and ability to adapt to any working environment means that she will be a great addition to the team."

Milva Gaudiosi, Business Development Executive at Leisure-net Solutions, says: "I am very excited to come on board at the start of a new partnership between Right Directions and Leisure-net. I see huge potential in their merged Insight platform and my aim is to spread the news and ensure our clients grow month on month."
