Right Directions agrees unique corporate partnership with CIMSPA

CIMSPA's new transitional management team met with the Quest NBS delivery contractors Right Directions recently to put the seal on a unique new corporate partnership between the two organisations.
At the centre of the agreement, Right Directions' 150+ team of Quest assessors will be part-funded into full CIMSPA membership. Also, and in line with many other sector employers, Right Directions confirmed that CIMSPA membership will be considered a highly positive attribute in their recruitment methodology for future Quest assessors.
Right Directions has also committed to bringing its own professional staff team into membership of the sector's chartered institute.
Speaking about the partnership, Caroline Constantine, managing director of Right Directions commented: "All of the team at Right Directions are extremely excited about the changes the new transitional team are making at CIMPSA and feel that the new structure and products will enhance the industry as well as Right Directions and the Quest team. We are really looking forward to working in partnership with CIMSPA in sharing best practice and promoting the benefits that the institute's membership can bring to the sector."
The two organisations also agreed a collaborative project to enhance the institute's membership benefits and will now work together to develop a toolbox of quality management and risk assessment tools for sports sector and compliance managers. Members will receive more information once a roadmap emerges for completing this work.
Tara Dillon, interim chief operating officer of CIMSPA said: "Our work with Right Directions is a great example of how CIMSPA's 2014 transformation programme is making solid progress towards creating enhanced benefits for our members."
