Right Directions continue to Support Clients

As many of you are aware Right Directions has recently been involved in the tendering process for the delivery of the UK Quality Scheme for Sport and Leisure, namely Quest. We are pleased to announce that Right Directions has been awarded the contract to deliver the Quest Programme for the next three years, which commenced on 1 October 2010. 
This is undoubtedly a major contract for Right Directions and one that Caroline and the Team are proud to have.  
However, the Team recognises that your continuous support and perhaps more importantly constructive feedback has undoubtedly contributed to the growth of Right Directions which has made it credibly possible to tender for the Quest contract. 
We would like to assure all of our clients, that it is our full intention to maintain our current standards of delivery, if not improve them.  
We do not anticipate any drop in service to you all and we will endeavour to continue improving existing services & standards, where we can.  
As always, our ethics are to listen to you, consequently we remain open to any new suggestions. Similarly the same faces within the Team will be regularly visiting you as normal.  
The Quest service will be completely separate to that of the Right Directions services that are currently delivered for you. If you have any queries or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. 
Finally, Caroline and the Team would like to thank you all for your support and loyalty to Right Directions, which is very much appreciated.  Without the support of people like yourselves we wouldn't be here.   
We hope we can provide you with a scheme & a continued service in which you have confidence in, not least provides the right service & support for you. 
It's certainly a nice feeling.
